Overview

   

   DPX  series germ cyclone digests international advanced technology, which has displaced germ floating tank to increase starch and germ collecting rate in corn starch production. It is widely used for separating germ after the corns are crashed.

   This equipment is static device. It consists of the features of  simple structure, advanced design, easy installation and high capacity, and it is easy to change the processing capacity through changing the cyclone tube quantity.

Working Principle

   When the corns are crashed as free-floating state, the materials go through feed port along tangential direction into cyclone cylinder making rotation motion. Due to different proportion between germ and corn slurries, under the centrifugal force, the free-floating germ is discharged from overflow gate, and the corn slurry is discharged from underflow gate.
