The pressure curved sieve is one of advanced solid-liquid separation equipment. The screen body is made of stainless steel. This equipment is static, silent, ,easy operated and durable. It is latest equipment of sieve for starch processing, which can separate and wash fiber quickly and effectively. It is also applied for various massive wet material separations, such as sieving, dehydration, washing, extraction and removing solid and impurity.

Separating Principle & Structure

Pressure screen sieves wet materials through pressure with high efficiency. It consists of screen surface, screen body, feed device and outlet. The key part is screen surface, which is made of wedge-shaped stainless screen strips. Tangential force is created when the wet materials are sprayed from muzzle with high speed under inlet pressure 0.25~0.4Mpa, and the materials on the screen surface are pressed into thin layer which are separated evenly from starch milk to tiny residue, then the residue on the screen is discharged from residue port, and the starch milk flows to the slurry outlet
